In this solo episode I’m digging into seven businesses making serious money by white labeling GoHighLevel and selling it into boring but profitable niches. I break down examples like Loan Signing System, PushPress, ScaleTutor, IUL Insiders, ZappyChat, Techmatics, and ClickSlow, and show how each one found a specific audience, solved a real pain point, and turned simple software into recurring revenue. I also talk about why monthly pricing matters, how to find niches with weak competition, and how to partner with creators or industry experts who already have trust with an audience. Finally, I share a few tools you can use to reverse engineer businesses online, including SpyFu, Wappalyzer, PublicWWW, PredictLeads, Apollo.io, and TheirStack. You can check out Playmakers at

It would be nice to do a deep dive on selling these services. A lot of these companies are probably doing social media or cold outreach and the hard part is selling this not the fulfillment so I think thorough guide on selling would be great!
The boring niche part is the real lesson here.
Most people chase exciting markets because they want the business to feel impressive.
But the money is usually sitting in a specific painful workflow that nobody wants to look at.
Notaries, tutors, gyms, insurance agents… they don’t need “cool software.”
They need one annoying problem solved clearly, repeatedly, and monthly.
The software is just the delivery vehicle.
The niche-specific painkiller is the asset.
I checked one of the gaps, it’s a really nice fix I can bring for SMBs. It only takes about 200 hours of experienced level developer work. Plus another 2-400 for integration, payments, etc. See you in about a year or so, when the market will be there no longer… 😄
First things to check for: is it beginner level? Do you actually have the tools? Is the g2 list all the competition? You’ll be surprised how hard it is to find anything that doesn’t require (at least) one skilled developer.
I’m trying to make a compliance website or software to sell to clients where I’m from(not USA)
is there any video where you show all this how to buy and recreate it for own selling software business if yes please reply with the link thanks
